盘龙参的化学成分研究
Study on the chemical constituents of Spiranthes sinensis
【摘要】 目的研究盘龙参的化学成分。方法采用凝胶色谱、硅胶柱色谱和制备薄层色谱等方法分离盘龙参中的化学成分,通过理化性质和波谱分析来鉴定其结构。结果从盘龙参全草的提取物中分离并鉴定了8个单体化合物,分别为吐叶醇(Ⅰ)、N-反式-阿魏酰基甲氧基酪胺(Ⅱ)、N-p-香豆酰酪胺(Ⅲ)、N-反式-对羟基苯乙基阿魏酪胺(Ⅳ)、α-细辛脑(Ⅴ)、spiranthol-B(Ⅵ)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸甲酯(Ⅶ)、5-hydroxy-4’-[(2-isopentenyl)oxy]-3,7,3’-trimethoxyflavone(Ⅷ)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,除化合物Ⅵ外,其余化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of whole plant of Spiranthes sinensis( Pers.) Ames. METHODS The constituents were isolated by Gel permeation chromatography,Silica gel column chromatography and Preparative TLC,and the isolated structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis with published values. RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated from the whole plant of this species and their structures were identified as vomifoliol( Ⅰ),N-trans-feruloylmethoxytyramine( Ⅱ),N-p-coumaroyltyramine( Ⅲ),N-trans-feruloytyramine( Ⅳ),α-asarone( Ⅴ),spiranthol-B( Ⅵ),3,4-dihydroxy benzoic acid methyl ester( Ⅶ) and 5-hydroxy-4’-[( 2-isopentenyl) oxy]-3,7,3’-trimethoxyflavone( Ⅷ). CONCLUSION All compounds are obtained from this species and genus for the first time except for Ⅵ.
