【摘要】 目的测定和比较分析川西高原产13种红景天属药用植物中多糖的含量。方法取川西高原产13种红景天属药用植物,经脱脂、除杂、水提,得到红景天属中不同种类植物的红景天多糖,并采用蒽酮硫酸法,以葡萄糖为对照品,在627 nm处测定多糖的含量。结果川西高原产13种红景天属药用植物中多糖的含量为2.74¹0.27 mg·g^-1,差异较大,卧龙红景天和长鞭红景天中多糖的含量最高,大花红景天的多糖含量最少。结论所用红景天多糖含量的测定方法操作简便、稳定性和重复性好,为筛选红景天品种和合理评价红景天的品质与药效奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Comparative analysis and determination of polysaccharide content in thirteen medicinal plants of Rhodiola from western Sichuan province plateau. METHODS After collection of thirteen medicinal plants of Rhodiola from western Sichuan province plateau,they were degreased,impurity removed and water extracted. Different species of the Rhodiola polysaccharide was obtained,then the glucose was taken as the reference substance to determine the content of polysaccharide at 627 nm by the anthranone sulfuric acid method. RESULTS The results showed that the content of polysaccharide in thirteen medicinal plants of Rhodiola from western Sichuan province plateau was 2. 74-10. 27 mg·g^-1. The polysaccharide content in R. wolongensis and R. fastigiata were highest and the R. crenulata which was included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia（ 2015） was lowest. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,stable and reproducible,and can provide a theoretical basis for screening Rhodiola variety and the evaluation of the quality and efficacy of different species of the Rhodiola.更多还原
