低色号柠檬酸三异辛酯的合成
Synthesis of Low Color Three Citric Acid Isooctyl Ester
【摘要】 以硫酸铝为催化剂,柠檬酸和异辛醇为原料经酯化反应合成了柠檬酸三异辛酯。研究了影响反应的因素,优化了反应条件。最佳反应条件为:n(柠檬酸)∶n(异辛醇)=1.0∶3.5,反应温度98~120℃,反应时间130min,收率98.4%。对目标产品进行了色谱分析和红外光谱表征。
【Abstract】 Three citric acid isooctyl ester was synthesized by esterification of citrate acid with isooctyl alcohol using aluminum sulfate as catalyst.Factors affecting the reaction were studied and reaction conditions were optimized.A yield of 98.4% was reached when n(citric acid)∶n(isooctyl alcohol)=1.0∶3.5,reacting at 98~120 ℃ for 130 min.The structural identity of the product was confirmed by chromatography and infrared spectroscopy.
