氧化石墨烯/硅藻土复合材料的制备及去除废水中亚甲基蓝的应用
Preparation of Graphene Oxide/Diatomite Composites and Their Application in the Removal of Methylene Blue in Wastewater
【摘要】 将天然硅藻土与Hummers法制得的氧化石墨烯进行复合,得到氧化石墨烯/硅藻土复合材料,并研究了该复合材料对亚甲基蓝染料的吸附过程。复合材料与亚甲基蓝染料处理时间为30min,初始溶液pH=8时,亚甲基蓝的脱色率和吸附量可达最大;吸附剂质量浓度为2mg/mL时,脱色率可达95%以上。氧化石墨烯/硅藻土吸附亚甲基蓝的过程可以用二级动力学模型很好地拟合,说明吸附速率对初始浓度较为敏感,主要为化学吸附。吸附等温线符合Freundlich等温线模型,已测得亚甲基蓝在氧化石墨烯(GO)/硅藻土上的最大吸附量为125mg/g。
【Abstract】 Graphene oxide(GO)/diatomite composites were prepared from natural diatomite and graphene oxide prepared by Hummers method.The adsorption process of methylene blue dye on the composite material was studied.The decolorization rate and adsorption capacity of methylene blue reached maximal when the initial solution pH was 8and the adsorption time was 30 min.The decolorization rate reached more than 95% with the adsorbent concentration of 2mg/mL.The process of the adsorption of methylene blue on graphene oxide/diatomite was well fitted by the two stage kinetic model,indicating that the adsorption rate was sensitive to the initial concentration due to chemical adsorption.The adsorption isotherm was in accord with the Freundlich isotherm model,and the maximum adsorption capacity of methylene blue on GO/diatomite was 125mg/g.
