3,3-二氯-2-羟基-4-羰基-4-对甲苯基丁酸异丙酯的合成及晶体结构
Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Isopropyl 3,3-Dichloro-2-hydroxy-4-oxo-4-(p-tolyl) butanoate
【摘要】 通过α,α-二氯-4’-甲基苯乙酮与乙醛酸异丙酯反应合成标题化合物,收率61.5%,产物结构经核磁、IR、X-射线单晶衍射确定。结构数据表明晶体属单斜系,P2（1）/c空间群,晶胞参数为a=11.336 7（19）,b=10.831 1（17）,c=12.437（2）,α=90.00°,β=101.285°,γ=90°,V=1 497.6（4）3,Dc=1.416 g/cm3,μ=0.443 mm-1,F（000）=664,Z=4,R1=0.047 3,wR2=0.096 7。
【Abstract】 The title compound was synthesized by α,α-dichloro-1-（p-tolyl） ethanone and isopropyl 2-oxoacetate.The yield was61.5% and the structure of the product was confirmed by 1HNMR,13CNMR,IR,X-ray diffractometer.Crystal data are:monoclinic,P2（1）/c space group,a = 11.336 7（19） ,b = 10.831 1（17） ,c = 12.437（2） ,α = 90.00°,β = 101.285°,γ = 90°,V =1 497.6（4） 3,Dc= 1.416 g/cm3,μ = 0.443 mm-1,F（000） = 664,Z = 4,R1= 0.047 3,wR2= 0.096 7.
