水解羽毛制备水煤浆添加剂的研究

【摘要】 用NaOH水解鸡毛,以水解物直接作为水煤浆添加剂,分别以杭来湾煤和中煤蒙大矿业煤研究了羽毛水解物作为水煤浆添加剂的性能。研究表明,羽毛水解物可以直接作为水煤浆添加剂。在室温下放置3个月,仍具有优异的分散性能。在干基添加剂/干基煤为0.15%,pH值为8.43±0.1时,羽毛水解物可将中煤蒙大矿业煤制备的水煤浆浓度提高到67.5%,水煤浆能够静置稳定2d。

【Abstract】 Feather was hydrolyzed with Na OH water solution to prepare coal water slurry additive. The property for preparing coal water slurry(CWS)was researched, using coal produced from Yulin Hanglaiwan coal mining and Inner Mongolia Montana Coal Mining of China National Coal Group respectively. The results show that feather hydrolysate is appropriate for CWS additive. The dispersion property is still very well, after being placed for 3 month.Using feather hydrolysate as additive, and using coal produced form China National Coal Inner Mongolia Montana coal mining, the content of CWS can reach 67.5%, and the CWS are stable for 2days, when the pH value is 8.56,and the mass ratio is 0.15%.
