强化生物除磷系统中聚磷菌和聚糖菌的竞争研究进展

【摘要】 强化生物除磷(EBPR)是一种经济高效的除磷方法,近年来得到了越来越广泛的应用,但EBPR系统内聚磷菌(PAO)和聚糖菌(GAO)之间的竞争又常常导致其除磷效果恶化。通过参考历年文献,简要总结了EBPR系统中主要的微生物种类以及新发现,并分别从碳源、温度和pH值3个方面探讨了各自对菌种竞争的影响。聚磷菌和聚糖菌的种群更替和代谢变化根本上取决于酶的作用及基因表达,并总结了EBPR系统中酶学和组学方面的一些研究成果,对未来的研究方向进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Enhanced biological phosphorus removal(EBPR) is an economical and efficient method for phosphorus removal,nowadays,it has been used more and more widely, but the competition between PAO and GAO often lead to the deterioration of EBPR system inthe aspect of phosphorus removal.Main species of microorganisms and some new discoveries in EBPR system were summarized briefly by referring to a mass of literatures, and the factors influencing the competition between PAO and GAO were discussed such as carbon source,p H value and temperature. What’s more, the succession of the communities and the changes of metabolism of PAO and GAO are essentially depended on the role of enzyme and expression of the genes, so it summarized some findings in the filed of enzymology and "omics", the direction of the latter research are also given.
