多功能炼钢中试系统研制及顶底复吹控制

【摘要】 中试设备是大型钢铁企业技术中心用于科研成果转化及解决大生产过程中关键技术与新产品开发的重要设备之一.但由于设备小,实现大生产模拟有诸多困难.本文介绍的多功能炼钢中试系统,集模拟炼钢初炼、转炉顶底复吹、AOD、LF精炼、钢锭模铸于一身,设备体积小,功能全,控制精度高,数据分析强大,解决了模拟大生产过程的相关技术难点.本文详细介绍了系统组成与功能,重点介绍顶底复吹的控制以及3例实际应用效果.

【Abstract】 The medium test equipment is one of the important equipment for transformation of scientific research achievements,the key technology and development of new products in the technology center of large steel enterprises.However,due to the snail equipment,realization of large production simulation has many difficulties.In the presat paper,a multi-function medium test system was introduced.The multifunctional steelmaking medium test system could simulate the initial step of steelmaking,lop and bottom combined blowing,AOD,LF refining,ingot mould casting,and et al.The equipment had the advantages of small volume,full function,high control precision,strong data analysis and so on.The system solved technically relevant difficult problems in simulation of a large production process.The system constitute and function,control of top and bottom combined blowing and effect of practical application were introduced in detail.
