石蒜属植物叶绿素荧光特性研究
Study on the Chlorophyll Fluorescence Characteristics of the Species of Lycoris Herb.
【摘要】 采用Li-6400便携式光合测定系统测定了16种石蒜属植物的荧光参数,并且运用SPSS软件进行聚类分析.结果表明:石蒜属植物的荧光参数存在较大差异,其中玫瑰石蒜、中国石蒜、安徽石蒜等物种的Fm、ΦPSⅡ、ETR、Fv’/Fm’、q P值均较高,安徽石蒜、短蕊石蒜、忽地笑和黄长筒石蒜等物种的Fv/Fm较高;忽地笑、安徽石蒜、短蕊石蒜等物种的NPQ值较小.因此,中国石蒜、安徽石蒜、玫瑰石蒜、忽地笑等具有较好的光合生理功能.基于主要叶绿素荧光参数可将16种石蒜属植物聚为三类,并且该聚类结果与形态学分类、分子标记以及核型等分类结果基本一致.
【Abstract】 The fluorescence parameters of 16 species of Lycoris were measured by Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system and the interspecific relationships of Lycoris were analyzed by SPSS statistical software. The results show that there are differences among the fluorescence parameters of Lycoris. The values of Fm,ΦPSⅡ,ETR,Fv′/Fm′ and q P in the species of L.rosea,L.chinensis,and L.anhuiensis etc. were higher than other species. The Fv/Fm values of L.anhuiensis,L.caldwellii, L.aurea, and L.longituba var. flava etc. were higher than the others. But the NPQ values of L.aurea, L.anhuiensis and L.caldwellii were lower than other species of Lycoris. It has been proved that the photosynthetic physiological functions of L.chinensis,and L.anhuiensis,L.rosea and L.aurea are better than those of the other species in Lycoris. 16 species of Lycoris could divided into three clades, which was mainly in conformity with those classification results of Lycoris based on morphology,molecular markers and karyotype etc.
