【Abstract】 Urban and rural contradictions and conflicts have existed in Chinese society for a long time. It is particularly frequent and prominent during the process of new-type urbanization. Under the new era background, solving conflicts between urban and rural areas, alleviate contradictions between the city dwellers and the rural dwellers is very important aspect to push on the new urbanization construction healthily and orderly. We must pay close attention to rural economic development, and consider the difference between the urban and rural culture and the psychological between the main body rationally at the same time; we must improve the rural dwellers’ living standard, and protect the original ecological civilization of the rural at the same time; we must promote the new urbanization effectively,and resolution the contradiction and unbalance caused by"Two division of urban and rural areas"and"fracture social"effective by means of country,local government,society and individual at the same time,achieve the undifferentiated development of human beings.更多还原
