【Abstract】 University-enterprise cooperation is an important way to train applied personnel in pharmaceutical industry.Establishing university-enterprise collaborative leadership group, jointly drawing up talent training programs, jointly developing teaching teams, jointly building training bases and innovation platforms, optimizing teaching contents, strengthening practical teaching and on-site teaching and so on, are essential measures to improve the students’ innovation ability, the graduates’ employment rate, the teachers’ professional level, and the enterprises’ competitiveness.
