【摘要】 运用灰色层次分析法考察了科技创业导师工作绩效评估问题。首先构建了科技创业导师工作绩效评估指标体系,然后运用层次分析法确定各个指标权重,最后运用灰色理论对科技创业导师工作绩效进行综合评估。结果表明指导在孵企业总数量、言行一致程度、其指导企业申报成功项目总数、其指导企业的孵化成功率和是否兑现加入孵化器时所作承诺是衡量科技创业导师工作绩效的重要指标。运用灰色层次分析法对科技创业导师工作绩效进行综合评估,可减少主观因素的影响,提高评估结果的准确性、科学性和可靠性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The evaluation of technology incubation tutor’s work performance is investigated based on method of Grey Analytic Hierarchy Process. We first construct the evaluation index system of technology incubation tutor’s work performance. Second,we use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to evaluate the weight of the different indicators. Last, we use the grey theory to evaluate the synthesis score of technology incubation tutor’s work performance. Our findings are as follows. The total number of guide enterprise,extent of what they preach, total number of declared successful project, incubating success rate and extent of compliance with commitments are important indicators to measure the technology incubation tutor’s work performance. Using the Grey Analytic Hierarchy Process methods can make the conclusion more accurate,scientific and reliable.更多还原
