【Abstract】 The author holds that from the perspective of classification of positions in universities,a team specialized in moral education should be appointed as the leading force, making joint efforts with the rest of the staff in the comprehensive university education. Since the 18 th CPC National Congress, the ethical dimension for CPC’ s objectives of moral education has been to cultivate nine kinds of people:sensible,innocent,thoughtful,dedicated people; spokesmen,leaders,pioneers,dream-seekers and guards for moral education. It embodies the perfect unification of progressiveness and universality,focuses on the natural law of ethical development in moral education and time features, based on the current situation, cultivates subjectivity moral personality and provides the basis for scientific planning of objectives of moral education, realization of the change from " moral deficit" to"moral bonus" and cultivation of qualified constructors and reliable successors.更多还原
