SiC含量对C/C-SiC炭陶复合材料力学和热学性能的影响
Effect of Silicon Carbide Content on Thermal and Mechanical Properties of C/C-SiC Composites
【摘要】 以针刺网胎无纬布为预制体,采用压力浸渍树脂/炭化工艺结合反应熔体浸渗法(RMI)快速制备C/C-SiC炭陶复合材料。研究了SiC含量对炭陶复合材料力学和热学性能的影响,结果表明:炭陶复合材料的拉伸和弯曲强度随SiC含量的增大呈先增后减趋势,二者的最大值分别达到54.3MPa和153MPa;热扩散系数和导热系数随SiC含量的增大而减小,而炭陶复合材料的平均热膨胀系数则随SiC含量的增大而增大。
【Abstract】 The C/C-SiC composites were fabricated by the combination of resin impregnation/carbonization(IC) with reactive melt infiltration(RMI). The effects of silicon carbide content on thermal and mechanical properties of C/C-SiC composites were investigated. The results show that the relationship between tensile and flexural strength and SiC content of the C/C-SiC composites first goes up and then falls down. The maximum values of tensile and flexural strength are 54.3MPa and 153 MPa. The thermal diffusivity coefficient and thermal conductivity coefficient decrease with the increase of SiC. However, the coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE) of C/C-SiC increases with the increase of SiC.
