【Abstract】 With the rapid development of higher education and the increasing investment in scientific research,how to strengthen the supervision of scientific research funds is a realistic problem that should be solved urgently. This paper analyzes the generally existing problems in the process of supervision of research funds in universities,constructs the collaborative supervision system by principle basis,implement subject,supervision system and supervision mechanism of scientific research funds in colleges and universities,then puts forward the collaborative supervision mechanism jointly constructed by the collaborative management mechanism of research budget,the collaborative supervision mechanism of research fund using,the evaluation mechanism of scientific research funds performance and the scientific research fund audit.更多还原
