【摘要】 通过对政策的梳理,明确导师对研究生负有学术规范教导责任历来有之。但由于受到重视程度、管理制度和机制上的欠缺、技术支持等保障措施还不完善等因素的影响,存在个别导师学术规范教导意识的缺失和责任的旁落。要从培养单位和导师两个方面入手,在高度重视的前提下,完善制度与机制,提高导师履行学术规范教导能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is clear that supervisor has responsibility for graduate students in academic norms’ instruction duty through combing the policy. However,with the influence on degree of recognition,management system and inadequate of mechanism,technical support and safeguards imperfection,some individual supervisors absence of academic norms and instruction duty. We need to deal with it though both sides of cultivation units and supervisor,perfect system and mechanism,improving supervisors ability to carry out academic norms and instruction in that premise of attaching in great importance.更多还原
