10味中药对耐药性鲍曼不动杆菌抑菌效果的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:观察黄连等10味中药对耐药性鲍曼不动杆菌的体外抑菌效果,为临床治疗寻找新的思路和方向。方法:选用黄连、黄柏、黄芩、白头翁、大青叶、千里光、板蓝根、败酱草、蒲公英和金银花共10味中药,采用水煎法提取其有效成分,测定采用K-B法提取物对耐药性鲍曼不动杆菌的体外抑菌效果。结果:黄连、黄芩在3种菌液浓度均有不同程度的抑菌效果。而菌液浓度为0.5g/L和0.25g/L时抑菌效果更佳,千里光在菌液浓度为0.25g/L时有抑菌效果。结论:10味中药中黄连、黄芩2味中药对耐药性鲍曼不动杆菌的抑菌作用明显,而其他筛选的中药则抑菌作用不明显。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the in vitro antimicrobial effect of 10 Chinese herbs including Coptis chinensis on drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii,and to provide new thoughts and directions for clinical treatment.Methods:Coptis chinensis,Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,Scutellaria baicalensis,Pulsatilla chinensis,Folium Isatidis,groundsel,Radix Isatidis,Thlaspi arvense Linn.,dandelion,and Lonicera japonica were selected,and the method of decoction was used to extract effective constituents.The K-B method was used to evaluate the in vitro antimicrobial effect of extracts on drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii.Results:Coptis chinensis and Scutellaria baicalensis had varying degrees of antimicrobial effect at three different concentrations of bacterial solution,with excellent antimicrobial effects at the concentrations of 0.5 g/L and 0.25 g/L,while groundsel had an antimicrobial effect at a concentration of 0.25 g/L.Conclusion:Coptis chinensis and Scutellaria baicalensis have a marked antimicrobial effect on drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii,and the other eight Chinese herbs do not have a marked antimicrobial effect.
