糖元阳片对链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病小鼠保护作用的研究
Protective effect of Tangyuanyang tablets against streptozotocin-induced diabetes in mice
【摘要】 目的:探讨糖元阳片对链脲佐菌素诱导的实验性糖尿病小鼠的保护作用。方法:采用链脲佐菌素诱导小鼠糖尿病模型,造模成功的小鼠随机分成5组,即模型组、二甲双胍组及糖元阳片高、中、低剂量组,另设正常对照组,每组10只。各组分别灌胃给药,每天1次,连续21d;正常对照组和模型组灌胃等体积的0.9%氯化钠注射液。检测比较各组小鼠的体质量、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)水平及肝糖原和肌糖原含量、HE染色观察胰腺组织形态学改变。结果:灌胃糖元阳片能显著降低糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖,降低血清中过氧化物MDA含量,增加SOD活力,增加肝糖原、肌糖原贮存。结论:糖元阳片对链脲佐菌素诱导的实验性糖尿病小鼠具有保护作用,其机制可能与提高小鼠机体内的抗氧化能力,修复损伤胰岛有关。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Tangyuanyang tablets against streptozotocin-induced diabetes in mice. Methods: Streptozotocin was used to establish a mouse model of diabetes,and after the model was established successfully,the mice were randomly divided into model group,metformin group,and high-,middle-,and low-dose Tangyuanyang tablet group,with 10 mice in each group. Another 10 normal mice were enrolled as normal control group. The drugs were given by gavage once a day for 21 consecutive days,and the mice in the normal control group and the model group were given 0. 9% sodium chloride injection of the same volume by gavage. These groups were compared in terms of body mass,serum superoxide dismutase( SOD),lipid peroxide malondialdehyde( MDA),hepatic glycogen,and muscle glycogen,and HE staining was used to observe histomorphological changes on the spleen. Results: Tangyuanyang tablets given by gavage significantly reduced fasting blood glucose and serum MDA level,increased the activity of SOD,and increased the storage of hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen. Conclusion: Tangyuanyang tablets have a protective effect against streptozotocin-induced diabetes in mice,possibly by improving antioxidant capacity and repairing islet injury in mice.
