【摘要】 目的:观察桃红四物汤合葛根芩连汤加味治疗子宫直肠综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例子宫直肠综合征患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组采用桃红四物汤合葛根芩连汤加味治疗,对照组采用左氧氟沙星、奥硝唑、枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗,比较2组患者症状、体征积分变化及治疗效果。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.33%,对照组为76.66%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组症状、体征积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤合葛根芩连汤治疗子宫直肠综合征疗效显著,能够明显改善患者便秘、肛门坠胀、腹痛等症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Taohong Siwu decoction combined with Gegen Qinlian decoction in the treatment of uterine-rectal syndrome. Methods: Sixty patients with uterine-rectal syndrome were divided into treatment group( n = 30) and control group( n = 30) according to the order of visiting. The treatment group received Jiawei Taohong Siwu decoction combined with Gegen Qinlian decoction,while the control group received levofloxacin,ornidazole,and mosapride citrate tablets. The two groups were compared in terms of symptom and sign scores and treatment outcome. Results: The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group( 93. 33% vs76. 66%,P < 0. 05). After treatment,both groups showed significant improvements in symptom and sign scores( P < 0. 05),and there were significant differences in symptom and sign scores between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Taohong Siwu decoction combined with Gegen Qinlian decoction has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of uterine-rectal syndrome and can relieve constipation,anal pendant expansion,and abdominal pain.更多还原
