【摘要】 |
目的:观察加味乌头汤治疗类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者的临床疗效及对血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和白细胞介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)的影响。方法:104例RA患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各52例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤片,每次10 mg,每周1次,口服;来氟米特片,每次20 mg,1次·d-1,口服。观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予加味乌头汤,1剂·d-1。两组疗程均为3个月。疾病活动程度采用DAS28评分,进行关节功能分级评价和寒湿痹阻证评分,主要指标评分包括美国风湿病学会(American Rheumatism Association,ACR)标准、关节压痛数、视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、肿胀、晨僵情况和健康评估问卷(health assessment questionnaire,HAQ),检测血沉、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、类风湿因子(rheumatoid factors,RF)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necro... |

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Wutou Decoction in treatment of Rheumatoid arthritis( RA) patients and the effect on serum tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) and interleukin-Interleukin-1β( IL-1β).
