【Abstract】 In the background of the whole country being in full swing in standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine residents, to further promote constructions of teaching staffs for the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine resident-training. The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine pay close attention to the teachers’ ethics education and also the construction of teaching staff, try to comprehensively improve the young doctors’ ability of healing, teaching and science-researching, thus to provide protection for the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine resident training.
