【摘要】 目的:探讨中药内服外敷联合超声介入聚桂醇注射硬化治疗甲状腺囊肿的疗效。方法:选择:将64例甲状腺囊肿患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。对照组患者给予超声介入聚桂醇注射硬化治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药内服外敷治疗,评价比较两组患者治疗前后的囊腔体积变化情况、治疗效果、促甲状腺激素水平(TSH)及肝肾功能情况。结果:治疗后2周、1、3个月治疗组患者的囊腔体积明显小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1、3个月,治疗组有效率和治愈率均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后两组患者的TSH、肾功能相关指标和肝功能相关指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药内服外敷联合超声介入聚桂醇注射硬化治疗甲状腺囊肿有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the efficacy internal and external Chinese Medicine combined percutaneous lauromacrogol injection sclerotherapy in treatment of thyroid cyst. Methods: The 64 cases of thyroid cysts patients were were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 32 patients in each. The patients were treated by ultrasound intervention lauromacrogol injection sclerotherapy in the control group, and internal and external Chinese Medicine combined with ultrasound intervention lauromacrogol injection sclerotherapy in the control group in treatment group. The cavity volume changes, effect, the level of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) and liver and kidney function were evaluated and compared. Results: In two weeks, one month and three months after treatment, the treatment group showed lower cavity volume than the control group, and the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05). In one month and three months after treatment, the treatment group showed higher efficiency and cure efficiency than the control group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). The difference on TSH, renal related indicators and liver function related indicators showed no statistically significance after 3 months of treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion: The application of internal and external Chinese Medicine combined percutaneous lauromacrogol injection sclerotherapy can provide good efficacy on thyroid cyst.更多还原
