【Abstract】 This paper introduced the worldwide recent progress on the anti-tumor mechanism of Polygonum cuspidatum from the aspects of inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells, inducing the apoptosis of tumor cells, inhibiting the metastasis of tumor cells and enhancing the sensitivity of chemotherapy. Polygonum cuspidatum has the effects of heat-clearing and detoxicating, activating blood circulation. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that resveratrol extracted from Polygonum cuspidatum has antitumor activity.更多还原
