目的:探讨厄贝沙坦联合小剂量利尿剂对老年单纯收缩期高血压患者的疗效及血清学指标影响。方法:收集2013年1月~2016年1月在本院接受治疗的老年单纯收缩期高血压患者110例,按照随机数表法分为观察组55例,对照组55例。观察组接受厄贝沙坦联合小剂量氢氯噻嗪治疗,对照组接受氨氯地平联合小剂量氢氯噻嗪治疗,治疗4周后,测定两组无创血压及血压变异性,检测血清内皮功能指标、炎症因子及氧化应激指标含量。结果:治疗4周后,观察组收缩压(SBP)、24 h平均收缩压(24h SBP)、24 h收缩压标准差(24 h SSD)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);血清内皮功能指标内皮素-1(EF-1)含量低于对照组,一氧化氮(NO)、内皮型NO合成酶(e NOS)含量高于对照组(P<0.05);血清炎症因子超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量低于对照组(P<0.05);血清氧化指标丙二醛(MDA)含量低于对照组,抗氧化指标总抗氧化能力(TAS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦联合小剂量氢氯噻...
