【摘要】 目的:探讨甲基强的松龙冲击治疗交感性眼炎的临床疗效以及对于血清中细胞因子的影响。方法:选取我院于2015年9月~2016年10期间在我院接受治疗的96例交感性眼炎患者为研究对象,按抽签方式分为两组,即对照组(n=48)和实验组(n=48)。对照组采用地塞米松治疗,实验组采用甲基强的松龙冲击治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平的变化情况及不良反应。结果:实验组治疗总有效率为93.75%(45/48),明显高于对照组75.00%(36/48),差异具有统计学意义;和治疗前比较,两组血清IFN-γ、IL-17水平在治疗后均明显下降,且实验组下降幅度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;实验组不良反应发生率和对照组相比,差异无统计学意义。结论:对交感性眼炎患者采用甲基强的松龙冲击治疗,可显著提高临床疗效,降低血清IFN-γ、IL-17水平,不会增加不良反应,促进患者身体恢复,值得进一步推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of methyl-strong shock in the treatment of sympathetic ophthalmia and its effect on serum cytokines. Methods A total of 96 patients with sympathetic ophthalmia who were treated in our hospital from September 2015 to 2016 were selected as two groups. The control group(n = 48) and the experimental group(n = 48). The control group was treated with dexamethasone, and the experimental group was treated with methylprednisolone. The levels of serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ), interleukin-17(IL-17) and the incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 93.75%(45/48) in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%, 36/48), the difference was statistically significant; Compared with the control group, the levels of IFN-γ and IL-17 in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant; There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion The treatment of patients with sympathetic ophthalmia with methyl shock therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, reduce serum IFN-γ, IL-17 levels, will not increase the adverse reactions and promote the recovery of patients, it is worth further promotion.更多还原
