【摘要】 目的 :探讨养心汤对急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)术后炎症反应及血管内皮功能的影响。方法 :将72例在我院择期行PCI术的急性心肌梗死患者分为研究组和对照组,每组36例。对照组术后给予常规西医对症治疗。研究组在对照组基础上,给予养心汤。对比两组治疗前后炎症反应及血管内皮功能变化情况。记录两组主要心脏不良事件的发生情况。结果 :两组治疗后内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(FMD)、非内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(NMD)均显著升高;研究组治疗后FMD、NMD显著高于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义;两组治疗后超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-a)、白介素6(IL-6)均显著降低;研究组治疗后hs-CRP、TNF-a、IL-6显著低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义;研究组主要心脏不良事件发生率(8.33%)显著低于对照组的(30.56%),差异有统计学意义。结论 :养心汤能显著减轻急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后炎症反应,改善血管内皮功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Yangxin Decoction on inflammatory reaction and endothelial function in acute myocardial infarction after PCI. Methods 72 cases of acute myocardial infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group, 36 cases in each group, cases were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group were treated with routine western medicine. Study Group on the basis of the control group, given Yangxin decoction. The changes of inflammatory reaction and vascular endothelial function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The incidence of major adverse cardiac events in the two groups were recorded. Results The two groups after treatment, NMD, FMD were significantly increased. After treatment, FMD and NMD in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment. The difference was statistically significant. Hs-CRP, TNF-a and IL-6 were significantly decreased after treatment in the two groups. After treatment, the hs-CRP, TNF-a and IL-6 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment. The difference was statistically significant. The incidence rate of major adverse cardiac events(8.33%) in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(30.56%). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Yangxin Decoction can significantly reduce inflammation of PCI in patients with acute myocardial infarction after operation, improve endothelial function.更多还原
