安钢铁前系统强化工艺管控降低3~#高炉铁水硅含量的生产实践

【摘要】 针对生铁硅含量高的现状,安钢铁前系统以关键工序管控为核心,强化铁前原燃料进场和现场管理,控制焦炭灰分,并通过铁前工序一体化综合管控措施的有效实施,使3#高炉铁水硅含量大幅下降,取得了显著成效。

【Abstract】 In view of the present situation of high silicon content of cast iron,system before steel-making in Anyang Steel take the key process control as the core,strengthen the iron before the original fuel entering and on-site management,control the coke ash content,and through the effective implementation of the process before iron integrated control measures,hot metal silicon content in 3#blast furnace is greatly reduced,remarkable results is achieved.
