黄淮稻区优质抗病粳稻“六位一体”育种技术体系的构建与实践

【摘要】 稻瘟病和稻米外观品质差是制约黄淮稻区粳稻发展的主要因素。为解决优质抗病水稻品种选育难、品种缺乏的问题,以主效广谱稻瘟病抗性基因分子标记选择、人工接种诱发和田间自然发病多点鉴定相结合的手段,创制了粳稻抗稻瘟病育种技术。创立了以"籽粒相对充实度"为核心的籽粒灌浆速率快速监测稻米品质生理育种技术。在此基础上,构建了早代大群体选择、多生态点联鉴、生理指标监测、分子标记辅助选择、稻米品质测定和抗病田间鉴定"六位一体"的黄淮稻区粳稻复合育种技术体系,选育了一批优质抗病粳稻新品种,创新了稻米品质和抗病性协同改良技术途径。

【Abstract】 Rice blast and poor appearance quality were the prominent factors that restricted the development of japonica rice in Huang-huai region. In order to solve the problem in breeding of rice varieties with good quality and disease resistance,breeding techniques for resistance to rice blast and good quality have been established. Breeding technique for resistance to rice blast was established by combining the molecular marker selection of main broad-spectrum rice blast resistance genes,artificial inoculation detection and multi-environment screening. Rice quality breeding technology was established by grain relative plumpness detection,which was the rapid monitor of grain-filling. On this basis,"six-in-one "compound breeding technology system consisting of large population selection in early generations,multi-environment screening,physiological index monitoring,molecular marker assisted selection,rice quality detection and evaluation of disease resistance in the field was constructed,and a series of new japonica rice varieties with good quality and disease resistance were bred,which innovated the ways to improve the quality and disease re-sistance of rice.
