复合光合菌剂PS21对四环素胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长及抗氧化酶活性的影响
Effects of Composite Photosynthetic Bacterial Inoculant PS21 on Seedling Growth and Antioxidant Enzymes Activities in Cucumber under Tetracycline Stress
【摘要】 采用室内模拟试验法研究复合光合菌剂PS21与不同剂量四环素(10、20、40、60、80、100 mg/kg)协同处理对黄瓜幼苗生长及抗氧化酶活性的影响,初步探讨复合光合菌剂PS21缓解四环素对黄瓜幼苗生长和抗氧化酶活性的抑制效应。结果表明,单独四环素处理显著降低黄瓜幼苗的株高、根长、鲜质量、干质量和叶绿素含量,同时显著提高丙二醛(MDA)的含量。低剂量四环素激活超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性,高剂量四环素降低SOD、CAT和POD活性。108cfu/m L的PS21能缓解不同剂量四环素对黄瓜幼苗的伤害,与四环素单独处理相比,黄瓜株高、根长、鲜质量、干质量、叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶活性提高,MDA含量下降。因此,复合光合菌剂PS21对黄瓜的四环素毒害具有较强的缓解作用。
【Abstract】 The seedling growth and antioxidant enzyme activities in cucumber seedlings were analysed after laboratory simulation of co-treating seedlings with PS21 and 0,10,20,40,60,80,100 mg/kg tetracycline,respectively,in order to explore whether the composite photosynthetic bacterial inoculant PS21 could mitigate the inhibition of cucumber growth by various concentrations of tetracycline. The results showed that tetracycline treatment reduced the shoot height,root length,dry weight,fresh weight as well as the total chlorophyll content and increased the malondialdehyde( MDA) content significantly. Tetracycline treatment activated superoxide dismutase( SOD),catalase( CAT),and peroxidase( POD) at low concentrations,while it decreased the activities of SOD,CAT and POD at high concentrations. At the concentration of 108 cfu/mL,PS21 could markedly relieve the toxicity of different concentrations of tetracycline to cucumber seedlings. Compared to the sole tetracycline treatment,PS21 could remarkably increase the shoot height,root length,dry weight,fresh weight,the total chlorophyll content and antioxidant enzyme activities,whereas it decreased MDA content of seedling leaves. These results demonstrated that PS21 alleviated tetracycline toxicity to cucumber plant significantly.
