CaCl2对干旱胁迫下棉花幼苗生长和生理特性的影响

【摘要】 为揭示干旱胁迫下不同棉花品种对CaCl2响应的生理机制,以3个抗旱性不同的棉花品种豫棉19、GK20、鲁研棉28的幼苗为试验材料,采用PEG处理模拟干旱胁迫,研究CaCl2对干旱胁迫下幼苗生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明,干旱胁迫下,各棉花品种不同浓度CaCl2处理间株高差异不显著;抗旱性品种豫棉19和生产对照品种鲁研棉28在40 mmol/L CaCl2处理后鲜质量、干质量、SPAD值、SOD和POD活性、脯氨酸含量均显著高于其他处理,MDA含量低于其他处理;水分敏感品种GK20在20 mmol/L CaCl2处理后鲜质量、干质量、SPAD值、SOD和POD活性、脯氨酸含量显著高于其他处理,MDA含量显著低于其他处理。可见,一定浓度的CaCl2能提高棉花幼苗的抗旱性,但不同棉花品种的最适CaCl2浓度不同。

【Abstract】 To reveal the physiological mechanism of different cotton varieties response to CaCl2 under drought stress,three cotton cultivars( Yumian 19,GK20 and Luyanmian 28) with different drought resistance levels were selected as materials,the effects of CaCl2 on growth and physiological characteristics of cotton seedlings were studied under drought stress with PEG. The results showed that under drought stress,except plant height without significant difference among different CaCl2 treatments,the fresh weight,dry weight,SPAD value,proline content,SOD and POD activities of Yumian 19 and Luyanmian 28 of 40 mmol/L CaCl2 treatment were generally higher than the other CaCl2 treatments,while MDA content was generally lower; fresh weight,dry weight,SPAD value,proline content,SOD and POD activities of GK20 of 20 mmol/L CaCl2 treatment were generally higher than the other CaCl2 treatments,while MDA content was lower. This experiment indicated that CaCl2 could improve the resistance to drought stress of cotton seedlings,but the optimal concentrations varied from cultivar to cultivar.
