耐镉细菌不同配施方式对烟叶镉含量及品质的影响
Effects of Different Combined Application Modes of Cadmium-Resistant Bacteria on Cd content and Quality of Tobacco Leaves
【摘要】 为明确从镉污染植烟土壤中筛选得到的耐镉细菌TU菌及其不同配施方式对烟叶镉含量及品质的影响,进一步揭示其对土壤镉污染的修复效果,设置对照(CK)、TU菌(T1)、TU菌+腐殖酸(T2)、TU菌+尿素(T3)、TU菌+磷酸钾(T4)5个处理进行大田试验,比较5个处理烟叶镉含量、外观质量、化学成分及评吸质量的差异。结果表明:与CK比较,T1、T2、T3、T4处理烤后烟叶的镉含量分别降低了32.79%、44.75%、-18.20%、32.46%;不同处理烟叶外观质量表现为T2>T4>T1>CK>T3;化学成分以T2和T1处理最为协调,T3处理最差;评吸质量得分表现为T2>T4>T1>CK>T3。因此,生产过程中施用TU菌对烟叶有降镉提质作用,腐殖酸对TU菌降低烟叶镉含量和提高烟叶质量的功效具有加成作用。
【Abstract】 In order to clear the effects of TU and its different combined application modes on Cd content and quality of tobacco leaves,to further reveal its remediation effect,we set up the treatments: control(CK),TU(T1),TU + humic acid(T2),TU + urea(T3),TU + potassium phosphate(T4) to conduct the field experiment. The differences of Cd content of tobacco,tobacco appearance quality,chemical composition and smoking quality among 5 kinds of Cd application mode were studied. The results showed that compared with CK,Cd contents of tobacco leaves in T1,T2,T3,T4 treatments were decreased by32. 79%,44. 75%,-18. 20%,32. 46% respectively; the order of appearance quality of the tobacco leaf was T2 > T4 > T1 > CK > T3; chemical composition in T2 and T1 treatments were the most harmonious,T3 treatment was the worst; the order of smoking quality of the tobacco leaf was T2 > T4 > T1 > CK > T3.So applying TU during production could reduce the Cd content and improve the quality of tobacco leaf.Humic acid could enhance the efficacy of TU.
