4-羟基苯甲腈的合成
Synthesis of 4-Cyanophenol
【摘要】 以4-羟基苯甲酸、二氯亚砜、氨水为主要原料合成了4-羟基苯甲腈。整个合成过程分为4个步骤,目标产物的总收率为88.0%,目标产物的结构经~1H NMR、IR和熔点确认。该合成方法操作简单、原料廉价易得、总收率高,具有工业化前景。
【Abstract】 4-Cyanophenol was synthesized using 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, thionyl chloride and ammonia as the main raw materials. The synthetic process included four steps. The total yield of the target product was of 88.0%.The structure of the target product was confirmed by ~1H NMR, IR and melting point. This method was suitable for industrial scale due to the simple process, lower cost and high total yield.
