【摘要】 目的:观察温阳养血散寒通络综合疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效及安全性。方法:采用随机对照的方法将62例气虚血瘀兼阳虚型糖尿病周围神经病变患者分为治疗组与对照组,2组均予控制血糖,治疗组采用温阳养血散寒通络综合疗法,对照组口服依帕司他胶囊,2组疗程均为3个月。观察2组治疗前后中医证侯量化积分、MNSI评分及TCSS评分的变化及不良反应。结果:60例病例完成研究,治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为56.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组MNSI评分及TCSS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组的积分改变较对照组更明显(P<0.05),其中MNSI积分改变更为明显(P<0.01)。2组均未出现不良反应。结论:温阳养血散寒通络综合疗法对DPN的症状和神经功能受损有明显的改善作用,安全、无毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: To observe the clinical effect and safety of Warming Yang and nourishing blood to dissipate cold and dredging collaterals Comprehensive Therapy for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy. Methods: Divided 62 cases of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome merged with yang deficiency syndrome of DNP into the treatment group and the control group randomly, Both groups were given control of blood glucose. The treatment group was treated with Warming Yang and nourishing blood to dissipate cold and dredging collaterals Comprehensive Therapy, while the control group was treated with epalrestat capsules.Both groups were treated for three months. Observed the TCM syndrome integral, MNSI score, The Toronto score(TCSS), and adverse reaction in two groups. Results: 60 cases completed the research, the total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 56.67% in the control group, the significant difference being found in the comparison(P < 0.05). Aftertreatment, MNSI score and The Toronto score(TCSS) in two groups were decreased, comparing with those before treatment(P<0.05), Integral change in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and MNSI score was more obvious(P < 0.01). No adverse reaction was found in two groups.
