【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的临床效果。方法选取2014-07—2016-08间恩平市人民医院收治的精索静脉曲张患者60例作为此次研究对象,把所有患者随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组采取开放精索静脉高位结扎术,观察组采取腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间与住院时间均要显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的精液改善率、复发率以及并发症发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张能够获得满意的临床效果,且能显著缩短患者的手术时间与住院时间,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effect of laparoscopic varicocele ligation treatment of varicocele. Methods 60 patients with varicocele from July,2014 to August,2016 were treated in the study. All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with open spermatic vein ligation. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic varicocele ligation. And the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Operation time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference of semen improvement rate,recurrence rate and complication rate between two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Laparoscopic varicocele ligation treatment of varicocele can obtain satisfactory clinical results,and can significantly shorten the operation time and hospitalization time of patients.
