【摘要】 目的评价Bobath技术协助失能老年患者体位转移的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法将60例失能老年患者分为对照组和试验组各30例,试验组采用Bobath技术协助失能老年患者体位转移,对照组采用常规搬运法。比较采用两种方法协助失能老年患者体位转移时,护士的转移技能、体位转移强度、舒适感以及患者的舒适感、安全感。结果试验组护士的转移技能、舒适感优于对照组,体位转移强度低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。试验组患者接受Bobath技术转移时的舒适感和安全得分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 Bobath技术运用于失能老年患者体位转移时,可以提高护士转移技能及转移效果,提高患者的舒适感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Bobath technique which nurses employ to assist disabled older adults to transfer from bed to wheelchair,or vice versa.Methods A total of 60 disabled older adults were evenly randomized into 2groups,and their nurses(n=60)were also accordingly grouped.Part of the nurses used Bobath technique to assist the experimental group to transfer from bed to wheelchair,or vice versa,while the other part employed traditional transfer technique for the control group.Nurses′transfer technique score,nurses′ratings of exertion,and comfort,and patients′perceptions of comfort and safety during the transfer were compared between the 2groups.Results Nurses′transfer technique score,and nurses′ratings of comfort,and patients′perceptions of comfort and safety in the experimental group were significantly higher than an the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01),while nurses′ratings of exertion in the former were lower than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion Bobath transfer technique can improve nurses′transfer skill levels,transfer effects,and patients′perceptions of comfort during the transfer.更多还原
