【摘要】 组织变革是组织生存与发展的永恒主题,可以使组织在内外环境变化下不断调整自己,以获得生存与持续发展的能力。民非组织作为我国一种新兴的社会服务组织,其自身有一定发展但仍不成熟,在面临政府购买服务的新形势下,迫切需要进行组织变革,以更好地适应时代发展要求。笔者以组织变革概念理论为基础,探讨民非组织变革的可行性、目前存在的变革问题以及相应的变革建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Organizational change is the eternal theme of the survival and development of the organization.It can make the organization adjust itself constantly in the internal and external environment,so as to obtain the ability of survival and sustainable development.The private non-enterprise organization in China as an emerging social service organization,its development to some extent but is still not mature,in the new situation facing the government purchase of services,there is an urgent need for organizational change,in order to better adapt to the development requirements of the times.Based on the concept of organizational change,the authors discuss the feasibility of the reform of the people non organization,the current problems and the corresponding reform proposals.更多还原
