纤维增强水泥砂浆的性能研究

【摘要】 为了推进装配式住宅的发展,研究了一种新型纤维增强水泥砂浆。试验研究了不同水泥种类、胶砂比、憎水剂及纤维掺量对纤维增强水泥砂浆抗压强度、抗折强度和压折比的影响。研究结果表明:快硬硫铝酸盐水泥试件的强度高于低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥,但后者的压折比较低;随着胶砂比的减小,试件的抗折强度逐渐降低,而压折比逐渐增大;随着憎水剂的掺量增加,试件抗压强度和抗折强度均先增大再降低,而压折比先减小再增大;纤维掺量的增加会提高试件的抗折强度。通过大量对比试验发现采用最优配合比的试件能满足相关规范的要求,同时拥有良好的憎水性和施工工艺性。

【Abstract】 In order to develope mordern prefabricated houses,it researched a new type of the fiber reinforced cement mortar.Experiments studied the effect on the glass fiber reinforced cement with compressive strength,flexural strength and compression flexure ratio under different cement type,cement-sand ratio,water repellent and fiber content.Research results showed that specimens used with rapid hardening sulphoaluminate had better strength than low alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement,but the latter had lower compression flexure ratio.As the cement-sand ratio decreased,the flexural strength decreased,the compression flexure ratio increased.As the water repellent content increased,both compressive strength and flexural strength increased first and then decreased,the compression flexure ratio was opposite.The increment of fiber content increased flexural strength.Through lots of contrast experiments,it was found that the specimens with optimized proportion can meet the requirement of standard,have good hydrophobicity and manufacturability.
