【摘要】 目的:探讨分层培训方法在消毒供应中心人员中的应用效果。方法:2016年1~12月对14名工作人员结合岗位设置及专业发展的需求,根据工龄、职称、学历、能力进行分级分层培训,制定针对性的培训内容,应用阶梯(层级)培训模式结合晨会提问培训、消毒供应三大区域现场护理查房培训等方法。培训后进行理论与技能考核、质量抽查、满意度调查,并与分层培训前相比较。结果:消毒供应中心人员在分层培训后,理论知识水平、技能操作水平、工作质量和临床满意度高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分层培训在消毒供应中心应用后效果明显,可在消毒供应中心推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of hierarchical training method in personnel of sterilization and supply center. Methods: Combined with post setting and professional development needs,a total of 14 staff received hierarchical training from January to December 2016 in terms of their seniority,professional title,educational background and ability. Targeted training content was prepared and the applied( hierarchical) training model was combined with methods like morning meeting question training,field nursing ward round training of three major sterilization and supply areas. After training,the staff received theory and skill assessment,quality spot check and satisfaction survey. The results were compared with those before training. Results: After the hierarchical training,the levels of theoretical knowledge,skill operation,quality of work and clinical satisfaction were higher than those before the training,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: An obvious effect is observed for hierarchical training after it is applied in the sterilization and supply center,so it can be promoted and applied in the sterilization and supply center.更多还原
