【Abstract】 To establish a‘home nurse’service model dominated by comprehensive hospitals and to bring ’home nurse’to the community and families by relying on the brand and excellent nursing resources of third-grade class-A hospitals as well as the medical union experts and hospital information platform construction,so that it could promote the efficient use of limited nursing resources and improve the community service capacity of nursing staff.By this method,it could solve the medical care needs of inconvenient patients at home,thus forming a benign medical service model with " minor illness treated in the community,serious illness treated in the hospital,nursing in the organizations and pension at home."更多还原
