【摘要】 目的:对护理专案改善在提升临床手术Time-Out准确执行中的应用效果进行探讨。方法:本院自2016年3月开始开展护理专案改善活动,以提升手术Time-Out准确执行;以2016年活动开展前1~2月的640例手术作为对照组,选取2016年活动开展后8~9月的653例手术作为研究组,对两组Time-Out执行的准确率及手术不良事件进行比较分析。结果:对照组的执行的准确率为81.25%,手术不良事件发生率0.94%,研究组执行的准确率为94.95%,手术不良事件发生率0,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施护理专案改善能够有效提升手术Time-Out执行的准确率,提高手术安全性和手术效果,有着重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of application of nursing project to improvement in accelerated time-out surgery.Methods:From March 2016,we carried out nursing project improvement activities to improve the operation of Time-Out.A total of 640 cases of operations from January to February in 2016 before the activities were carried out were selected as the control group.A total of 653 cases of operations from August to September in 2016 after the activities were carried out were selected as the experimental group.The accuracy of Time-Out implementation and surgical adverse events of the two groups were compared.Results:The accuracy rate of the control group was 81.25%,the incidence of adverse events was 0.94%.While the accuracy rate of the experimental group was 94.95% and the incidence of adverse events was 0.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is of great clinical significance to implement the improvement of nursing project to improve the accuracy of surgical Time-Out and improve the safety and effect of the operation.更多还原
