【摘要】 目的:探讨新型皮肤保温装置在冷冻消融术治疗恶性肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年1月~2016年7月我院118例恶性肿瘤患者,随机将其等分为研究组与对照组,两组均在超声引导下行经皮穿刺冷冻治疗术,术中采用不同保温措施。结果:研究组并发症发生例数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新型皮肤保温装置在恶性肿瘤的冷冻治疗中应用安全、简便、有效,值得同行借鉴和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the application effect of new skin insulation device in patients receiving the treatment of malignant tumor cryoablation.Methods: Selected 118 patients with malignant tumor in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016,and they were divided into research group and control group equally,and both groups received percutaneous puncture cryoablation,and different insulation measures were taken in the operation. Results: The number of complications in the research group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion: The new skin insulation device was safe,simple and efficient in the cryotherapy of malignant tumor,and was worth referencing by the peers and promoting.更多还原
