林产废弃物热解生物油酯化-复配提质的研究
Research on esterification and compound with improving qualitative of forest waste pyrolysis bio-oil
【摘要】 湖南是林业大省,具有丰厚的林产资源,其中林产废弃物通过热解技术获得可再生能源生物碳、燃气和生物油。本实验采用酯化和复配调和技术对生物油的提质进行了研究,首先自主合成的固体酸催化剂Al2O3-HZSM-5,通过XRD、FT-IR和SEM进行了表征分析,发现催化剂的晶型和结构完整,具有较大的比表面积和较多的活性点位,有利于催化酯化反应的进行。将其用于催化生物油的酯化反应,原料酸值降至1.09 mg KOH/g,再与甲醇复配获得改性燃料油,其热值为21.3 KJ/g,运动粘度3.4mm2·s-1,可用于锅炉、燃油灶等粗放型设备的应用。
【Abstract】 Hunan is a province forestry which has a rich forest resources.We can get renewable energy biological carbon,gas and oil from forest product wastes by pyrolysis technology.This experiment uses the esterification and compound with improving qualitative of forest waste pyrolysis bio-oil.First of all,we own solid acid catalysts for synthesis of Al2O3-HZSM-5.Through XRD,FT-IR and SEM characterization analysis,we found that the crystal shape and structure of the catalyst is complete.And it has a larger specific surface area and more active,which is advantageous to the catalytic esterification reaction.We use it for catalytic esterification of bio-oil,the acid value of raw material is reduced to 1.09 mg KOH/g,and then compounded with methanol to obtain modified fuel oil.The calorific value is 21.3 KJ/g,and the kinematic viscosity is 3.4 mm2.S-1.It can be used in the extensive equipment such as boiler,fuel stove and so on.
