【摘要】 以银桂品种群中选育的紫桂为试验材料,研究嫁接方式对嫁接成活率及其新梢生长的影响。结果表明:紫桂秋季嫁接采用枝腹接和全包芽接的效果较好,嫁接成活率达87.8%~88.30%;不同嫁接方式的紫桂成活率差异达极显著水平;枝腹接紫桂的新梢粗分别比劈接、切接、全包芽接高49.32%、41.55%、57.97%。枝腹接紫桂的新梢长与其他3种嫁接方式的差异均达极显著水平,全包芽接和劈接之间达极显著水平。枝腹接紫桂的新梢长分别比劈接、切接、全包芽接高478.40%、335.25%、256.03%,全包芽接的比劈接的高62.46%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The breeding of the purple Osmanthus fragrans of O.fragrans var.latifolius species as experiment material,effects of grafting on the grafting survival rate and shoot growth.The results showed that in the autumn the effect of side grafting and full bud grafting was better,and the grafting survival rate was 87.8%~88.30%.The survival rate of purple O.fragrans with different grafting methods reached a very significant level.The average diameter growth of new shoot of purple O.fragrans,which used side grafting technique was 49.32%,41.55% and 57.97% higher than that of split grafting,cut grafting,and full bud grafting,respectively.The difference between the shoot length and the other 3 grafting types reached a very significant level,and the difference between full bud grafting and split grafting reached a very significant level.The average length of new shoot,which used side grafting technique was 478.40%,335.25% and 26.03% higher than that of split grafting,cut grafting,and full bud grafting,respectively,the new shoot length of full bud grafting was higher than split grafting 62.46%.更多还原
