【摘要】 为了研究海巴戟果汁对小鼠血脂水平的影响,试验在给予高脂饲料的同时给予不同剂量的海巴戟果汁,测定小鼠血清中的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)及肝脏组织匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明:海巴戟果汁可明显降低小鼠血清及肝脏匀浆中的LDL-C、TC、TG的水平,提高HDL-C活性;有效降低ALT、AST及MDA含量。说明海巴戟果汁对高血脂的预防有显著功效。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effect of Noni juice on hyperlipidemia prevention in mice,the experimental groups were feed with high fat diet and given different doses of Noni juice at the same time.Then,the cotents of Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) in serum and liver and the Malondialdehyde(MDA) level in liver homogenate of mice were detected.The results showed that Noni juice can significantly reduce the levels of LDL-C,TC and TG,in serum and liver homogenate tissues,increase the HDL-C content and reduce the level of ALT,AST and MDA.The results indicate that Noni juice has significant effect on hyperlipidemia prevention in mice.更多还原
