石蜡切片H.E.染色后废乙醇的回收技术
Recovery technology of waste ethanol after HE staining of paraffin sections
【摘要】 苏木精-伊红染色法(hematoxylin-eosin staining)简称H.E.染色法,广泛应用于科学试验中。常规的H.E.染色中需要用到大量的梯度乙醇溶液,但这些乙醇溶液使用几次后就成了混悬液,无法重复使用,不但使试验成本增高,造成很大浪费,而且还污染了环境。笔者通过长期的实践总结出了一种用于石蜡切片H.E.染色后废乙醇的回收方法,且经试验证明通过该方法回收的梯度乙醇与新乙醇制作出来的组织病理切片没有任何的区别,可使废乙醇变废为宝,延长了乙醇的使用寿命,提高了乙醇的利用率,为实验室节约了实验经费的同时还减少了环境的污染。
【Abstract】 Hematoxylin eosin staining,abbreviated as HE staining,is widely used in scientific experiments. The conventional HE staining requires a large amount of gradient ethanol solution,but these ethanol solutions become suspensions after used several times and can not be reused. This is not only having high testing cost,resulting in a lot of waste,but also polluting the environment. The author summarized a method for recovery of waste ethanol after H. E. staining of paraffin sections,and the test proved that there was no difference in the histopathological sections produced by the gradient ethanol recovered by the method and new ethanol. The method made waste ethanol turning waste into treasure,and could extend the using life of ethanol to save the experimental funds for the laboratory while also reducing environmental pollution.
