BCO-MBR系统处理对虾养殖废水及膜污染研究
Research on BCO-MBR system used for remove TOC and ammonia nitrogen in shrimp mariculture wastewater treatment
【摘要】 采用接触氧化与强化膜生物反应器联合处理系统(BCO-MBR)对模拟海水养殖对虾废水中有机物及氨氮的去除进行了试验研究,并对系统中实现短程硝化反硝化的可行性进行了探索.MBR出水中TOC及氨氮质量浓度水平稳定、处理效率高.联合处理系统对TOC及氨氮的处理效果均较高,且系统亚硝酸盐氮的积累不明显.在联合处理系统中,膜污染情况得到有效缓解.MBR单独处理系统的膜污染情况比较严重,在15 d时出水压差已经达到30 k Pa.将BCO系统和MBR系统进行联合处理时,膜污染情况得到缓解,在系统进行到35 d时,出水压差依然在20 k Pa以下.
【Abstract】 In this paper,biological contact oxidation process and membrane bioreactor combined treatment system( BCO-MBR) was used for the research to remove organic and ammonia nitrogen in simulate mariculture shrimp wastewater. The feasibility to achieve shortcut nitrification and denitrification in the BCO-MBR system was also explored. In MBR effluent,ammonia concentration and TOC level were stable,and the disposal was highly efficient. In combined treatment system,the disposal effect of TOC and ammonia nitrogen were higher,and the accumulation of nitrite nitrogen system was not obvious. In the combined treatment systems,membrane contamination has been effectively mitigated. But in MBR system,membrane fouling was serious. Water pressure has reached 30 k Pa after 15 days. When the BCO system and MBR system were combined,membrane fouling situation was eased. After 35 days,the water pressure was still lower than 20 k Pa.
