【摘要】 麻省理工学院的本科生能力培养模式作为世界公认的成功典范,对于提高我国高校本科生能力培养质量具有启示作用。在界定核心概念的基础上,介绍并分析麻省理工学院本科生能力培养模式的特色及经验。进而分析我国高校本科生能力培养模式存在教育理念重专业技能轻人文素养、课程设计有深度欠广度、教学方式有理论指导缺实践策略、评估方式重形式缺实效的现象,并据此提出树立"专业教育与人文培养并重"的教育理念、建设"专精"与"博雅"并重的课程体系、实现"从理念到实践"相统一的教学方式、建立"第三方"参与的评估体制等四个完善我国高校本科生能力培养模式的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The model of undergraduates’ ability training at MIT is a world successful example,and will have enlightenment for China’s college to improve the quality of undergraduates’ ability training. After defining the core concepts,the author introduces the characteristics and experience of the model of undergraduates’ ability training at MIT and analyzes several problems exist in the model of undergraduates’ ability training in China’s University like: emphasizing the education concept of professional skills but ignoring humanistic literacy,having depth but lacking breadth in courses design,having theoretical guidance but being insufficient in practice strategy in teaching methods and paying attention to form but being inefficient in teaching evaluation. Therefore,the author puts forward relevant suggestions for China’s university to improve the model of undergraduates’ ability training,which are to establish a concept that professional education and humanistic culture are equally important,construct professional and comprehensive curriculum system,realize the unified teaching methods from concept to practice,and establish a "third-party"participant evaluation system.更多还原
