【摘要】 金融支持是经济增长的重要动力之一。提高东北老工业基地金融服务于实体经济的效率和促进自身经济转型的能力是金融支持的目的,而东北老工业基地振兴又需要综合发挥资本、劳动力、技术等生产要素的作用,特别是要注重发挥金融资本的支撑作用。在进一步加大信贷支持力度的同时,探索政策性金融、开发性金融、商业性金融机构支持东北老工业基地振兴的有效模式,设立产业投资基金,推进产业资本与金融资本融合发展。提高金融机构管理水平和服务质量,降低企业融资成本,有效防范和化解金融风险,不断提升东北老工业基地发展的活力、内生动力和整体竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Financial support is one of the important drivers of economic growth. Improving the economic efficiency of financial services and promoting the economic transformation of the northeast old industrial base is the purpose of financial support,China has developed a new round of support policies,the Northeast Region to achieve economic growth to stabilize the good change,needing play a comprehensive capital,Labor force and other factors of production,in particular,should pay attention to play the role of financial capital support. In the further increase in credit support at the same time,to explore the policy of financial,development finance,commercial financial institutions to support the revitalization of the northeast old industrial base effective mode,the establishment of industrial investment funds to promote the integration of industrial capital and financial capital development.
