【摘要】 经济法的现代转向及其东土化实现可以从法律部门、法律学科、法律课程等三个维度加以把握。作为法律部门意义上的经济法,要在中国特色社会主义法治体系建设的前提下,实现经济法律体系建设向经济法治体系建设的转变。要深刻把握经济法学所具有的谦抑性学科性格,围绕经济法学科范式等核心问题,深化经济法学学科建设。要区分法学专业和非法学专业对经济法课程内涵、课程功能等提出的不同要求,使经济法课程建设更好地服务于不同类型人才培养的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Economic law is able to be understood in three different aspects including legal department,legal descipline and law courses. However,the connotations of economic law in these three aspects are quite different. To understand economic law in legal department,on the premise of pesisting on the construction socialist system of laws with chinese characteristics,it needs to achieve the transformation from the construction of economic law system to economic nomocracy system. It also needs to fully understand discipline features of modesty and restraint,and then deepen descipline construction of economic law around core issues such as problems of economic law discipline paradigm. To better service different types of personnel training,course contents and course function towards economic law courses of law major and non- law major should be well distinguished.更多还原
