【Abstract】 Since the middle of the 20 th century,computer and Internet technologies have ignited a"knowledge explosion"of information energy,which has changed everything in our lives. In this historical interaction,we are lucky,but also faced with challenges.In the social transformation period,the process of continuing education and life-long learning is a self-realization process with continuous development and improvement.
